Fellow At the Table Today . . .
. . .said he was tired
of having to wake up so often to have a pee.
I got no answer when I asked
if he’d rather pee and then wake up.
It Makes Sense . . .

because he couldn’t even grin
from ear to ear.
I Just Noticed . . .
. . .that if you make one word
with “THE” and “IRS”
it becomes “THEIRS.”
It’s Always Tempting . . .
. . . when doing any paperwork
with the question
about who to call in an emergency
to write in, “an ambulance.”
