We All Know . . .
. . . you can’t fix stupid,
but duct tape
can sure make it quieter.

The problem is,
I have difficulty
remembering what happened yesterday.
A Phone Buddy . . .
. . . said he’s going to get himself
a couple of watch dogs
and call them Timex and Seiko.
Paranoia Pays . . .
. . . My tablemates
harp at me for fretting
but it’s effective because
most of the things I worry about
never happen.
When asked . . .
. . . what I do for exercise,
my answer is that I’m into resistance training:
I refuse to go to the gym.
My Kids . . .
. . . have never asked me
what my favorite dad joke is.
But I’ve had a ready answer for years:
“You are.”
