In a late paragraph. Morrow wrote “(Werner) Heisenberg, a Jew, …”
Morrow’s comment is in error
Heisenberg was Lutheran.
His Father was Lutheran. His Mother was Roman Catholic but became Lutheran before she married Werner’s Father.
Some NAZI’s thought (in error) he was Jewish. He was not
